Sample work

See it working before you hire us.

Small, complete projects of the kind we build for local businesses, plus the systems we built for our founder's own business. Try them, download them and read exactly how they work.

Please note: the businesses in the three demo projects (Nile Star Travel, Astoria Tax & Accounting and Bright Smile Dental) are fictional, and all names, numbers and documents are sample data. Song Tailor is different: it is our founder's own business, operated under EGYRICAN LLC, and the case study describes real systems.

Bilingual AI front desk

Built for: Steinway Street shops and travel agencies, immigration and general law offices, any business with Arabic‑speaking customers.

The problem
Customers message in Arabic and English at all hours. Staff answer the same questions about hours and prices again and again, and enquiries arrive half‑complete, so every lead needs a call back just to get the basics.
What we built
A chat assistant that greets customers in their language, answers common questions, and walks them through a short intake: what they need, when, how many people, name and number. The office gets one clean summary in English.
  • Arabic and English, with right‑to‑left layout
  • Never quotes a price it doesn't know; it hands off to staff
  • Works on a website, WhatsApp or text messages
Result in testing
A complete enquiry (need, dates, travellers, name, phone and preferred reply method) is collected in about a minute, in either language, with nothing for staff to re‑type.

AI tax document intake

Built for: tax preparers and bookkeepers, especially during the January to April rush.

The problem
Clients send W‑2s and 1099s as photos and PDFs named "scan_0412" or "document(3)", sometimes twice. Someone has to open every file, work out what it is, type the numbers in, and chase whoever is still missing a form.
What we built
A script that reads every upload with Claude, identifies the form, extracts the key boxes, and checks each client against the documents you expect from them.
  • Sorts W‑2, 1099‑NEC, 1099‑INT and 1098 forms, whatever the file is called
  • Flags duplicates, unreadable files and name mismatches for review
  • Writes a checklist spreadsheet and a reminder email for each client still missing something
Result in testing
Test run on 7 sample documents for 3 fictional clients: every file sorted, 1 duplicate 1099 caught, 2 missing forms found and 2 reminder emails drafted, in seconds. One client was marked ready to prepare.

Missed‑call text‑back

Built for: dental and medical offices, contractors and home‑service businesses, any team that can't always pick up the phone.

The problem
When the front desk is with a patient or the contractor is on a roof, calls go to voicemail. Most callers don't leave one. They simply call the next business on the list.
What we built
An n8n workflow connected to the business's Twilio number. When a call is missed, the caller gets a friendly text within seconds with options to book online or ask for a call back. Replies are sorted and sent to the front desk.
  • Different message during and after office hours
  • Texts each caller once, even if they ring three times
  • Spots urgent replies like "broken tooth" and flags them
  • Logs every missed call and reply to a Google Sheet
Result in testing
We imported the workflow into a real n8n server and sent it sample Twilio calls and replies, with the outgoing text, email and Sheets steps switched off. Missed callers were routed to a text, answered and repeat calls were skipped, "1" got the booking link, "STOP" got no reply, and an urgent message was flagged for the front desk.

Founder‑owned project

Song Tailor: orders, payments and outreach controls

Song Tailor (songtailor.net) is our founder's own custom‑song business, operated under EGYRICAN LLC. It is an internal implementation project, not an independent paying client.

The problem
An owner‑operated business needed to collect song details consistently, match every payment to the right brief and package, collect details for each song in a bundle, and run school and daycare outreach without duplicate contacts or conflicting send limits.
What we built
  • An order form that saves the customer's brief before Stripe checkout, and payment checks that confirm package, amount and currency before an order is created (deployed).
  • A brief page that collects details for every song in a bundle (deployed).
  • Three scheduled n8n outreach workflows with a shared sending gate: daily and per‑organization limits, duplicate checks and owner alerts (the workflows are paused as of the latest report).
  • Owner‑run tools for deliverability tests, data maintenance, promotional videos and deployment checks.
What stays human
Songs are written, produced, reviewed and delivered by people. Nothing here turns a paid order into a finished song automatically.
